After our call, I have a strong sense of how you want your digital presence to feel — approachable yet elevated, esoteric but professional, and a reflection of your journey bridging the worlds of law, recovery, and spiritual wellness.

This proposal outlines a clear Phase One scope focused on launching a beautiful, functional foundation by December 1, 2025, while setting up the systems to grow seamlessly into Phase Two (courses, podcasts, retreats, and expanded digital offerings).

Project Goals

  • Introduce The Healed Professional brand and Melissa’s coaching philosophy with clarity and confidence
  • Create a welcoming, aspirational design that merges corporate polish with wellness serenity
  • Support two primary offerings:
    1. Active Services – One-on-one coaching, group sessions, retreats (live and guided)
    2. Passive Offerings – Lead magnets, downloadable guides, and digital resources

The website should communicate credibility and compassion while making it easy for users to connect, book, or purchase.

Phase One Scope (for December 1 launch)

1. Website Design & Development (Webflow)

  • Customization of chosen Webflow template to align with upcoming brand guide (colors, typography, logo).
  • Focus on a clean, modern layout with soft transitions and a “resort in Bali meets NYC professional” vibe.
  • Creating of custom visual assets
  • Homepage, About, Coaching (Active Services), Resources (Passive Offerings), Contact, Policies.

2. Functionality Integrations

  • Calendly Integration for 1:1 coaching and discovery calls (styled to match brand aesthetic).
  • Lead Capture Forms for free resources and newsletter sign-ups.
  • Ecommerce Setup for digital downloads (free + paid), built natively in Webflow with optional Gumroad or Foxy.io integration for secure delivery.
  • Email Marketing Automation via Mailchimp, Flodesk, or Zapier-based flows.

3. SEO & Performance

  • Technical setup (meta data, image optimization, alt tags, indexing).
  • Accessibility compliance (WCAG baseline).
  • Fast-loading, mobile-first performance optimization.

4. Client Training & Support

  • Custom video walkthroughs covering CMS and content updates.
  • Dedicated knowledge base for reference.
  • Post-launch support for 30 days (minor edits, fixes, and performance checks).

Phase Two (Future Expansion)

After the site launch, we can move into Phase Two, expanding the platform to include:

  • Full digital store with multiple offerings (journals, meditations, courses, podcasts)
  • Membership or subscription features
  • Course platform integration (e.g., Teachable or Memberstack)
  • Ongoing maintenance and new asset uploads as materials are created

Timeline

Phase One (October – December 2025)

  • Discovery & content prep – 1 week
  • Design & template customization – 3 weeks
  • Development & integration – 3 weeks
  • Review, revisions, and launch prep – 1 week

Launch goal: December 1, 2025 (with optional coaching bookings opening for January)

Investment

Total Project Cost: $2,750 (based on our original discussion)
If additional functionality is added before launch (e.g., expanded ecommerce), I’ll provide a clear scope adjustment before proceeding.

Payment Schedule:

  • 30% deposit ($825) – Project initiation & setup
  • 30% milestone ($825) – Upon design approval and development start
  • 40% final ($1,100) – Upon project completion and site handoff

All payments processed via Upwork for protection and transparency.
