This proposal covers the creation of several reusable Webflow systems for Source Intelligence, including the case study CMS, the C-Map+ solution and risk-category page templates, Resource Center category pages, and the final launch and handoff process.

Because the C-Map+ launch is now the immediate priority, the solution and risk-category templates will move ahead of the remaining Resource Center work.

Phase 1: CMS Foundation + Case Study Template

This phase focuses on building the new reusable case study system in Webflow, including:

• Expanding and organizing the CMS structure
• Designing and building the new case study template
• Editable section headings and flexible content areas
• Featured case study artwork
• Optional PDF CTA
• Related content and SEO fields
• Conditional visibility for optional sections
• Responsive and accessibility QA
• Building one case study as a working example
• Up to two consolidated rounds of revisions

Work has already begun on this phase. The initial concept and CMS structure can be reviewed before the template is finalized.

Phase 2: C-Map+ Solution Page Template

This phase covers the design and Webflow development of a reusable solution-page template for individual compliance programs such as Global PFAS, TSCA, EUDR, and Global REACH.

The goal is to create a more modern, product-focused, and conversion-oriented page system that clearly communicates what C-Map+ is, the challenges it solves, and what the software looks like.

This phase includes:

• Up to three initial visual directions for the solution-page system
• A product-focused hero with space for a C-Map+ video or platform visual
• Primary and secondary conversion CTAs
• Social proof using customer logos, testimonials, or optional performance metrics
• A direct “What is this software?” explanation
• An optional CMS-controlled statistics section
• An interactive challenge, capability, and outcome section
• Tabs, accordions, sliders, or other progressive-disclosure components
• C-Map+ screenshots or interface visuals
• Regulation and software FAQ sections
• SEO-focused FAQ structure suitable for schema implementation
• Educational resources section
• Related risk-category navigation
• Sticky and contextual “Request a Demo” treatments
• CMS fields and conditional visibility for reusable sections
• Support for old and new page templates to coexist during the transition
• Responsive, accessibility, performance, and interaction QA
• One Global PFAS page created as the working example
• Up to two consolidated rounds of revisions

Final platform imagery, video, statistics, and product claims will be based on the C-Map+ materials provided by the Source Intelligence team.

Phase 3: Risk Category Overview Page Template

This phase covers the broader category pages that organize individual compliance programs into Source Intelligence’s new risk-based navigation structure.

The first working example will be the Chemical and Substance Risk overview page.

This phase includes:

• A reusable risk-category overview template
• Product-focused hero treatment aligned with the solution pages
• A clear explanation of each risk category
• Progressive disclosure for longer educational content
• A modern regulation-navigation system to replace the current flip cards
• Clear visual separation between category information and links to individual programs
• “How Source Intelligence Helps” outcome section
• Regulation and software FAQ section
• Educational resources
• Navigation to related risk categories
• Shared CTA and conversion components
• CMS connections and conditional visibility
• Responsive, accessibility, performance, and interaction QA
• One Chemical and Substance Risk page created as the working example
• Up to two consolidated rounds of revisions

The template will be structured around the five planned risk categories:

Phase 4: Resource Center Category Pages (Plus Finish Phase 1)

Once the priority C-Map+ templates are approved, work will continue on the Resource Center updates for:

• E-Books & Guides
• Recorded Webinars

This phase includes:

• Shared resource card system
• CMS connections
• Gated and ungated content routing
• Category page design and development
• Resource Center navigation updates
• Responsive and accessibility QA
• Up to two consolidated rounds of revisions

The goal is to create a flexible system the Source Intelligence team can continue adding to without needing a new custom page for every resource.

Phase 5: Launch, SEO + Handoff

$750

Once the templates and Resource Center pages are approved, the final phase will cover:

• Final QA across the initial content and page templates
• Form, CTA, PDF, webinar, and resource-link testing
• Technical SEO review
• FAQ schema implementation and validation
• Accessibility and responsive QA
• Analytics verification
• Cross-browser testing
• Production launch
• Sitemap and indexing checks
• CMS handoff and documentation
• 14 days of post-launch defect support

Project Investment

Total expanded project investment: $10,190

Each phase will be invoiced before that phase begins.

The newly added C-Map+ solution and risk-category template work represents an additional investment of $6,500 beyond the original project scope.

Proposed Schedule

The C-Map+ solution and risk-category templates will take priority over the remaining case study and Resource Center work.

The anticipated sequence is:

1. Review initial solution-page directions
2. Select and refine the preferred solution-page concept
3. Build the Global PFAS working example in Webflow
4. Adapt the system into the Chemical and Substance Risk overview page
5. Complete the case study and Resource Center systems
6. Conduct final QA, launch, and team handoff

The complete expanded project is expected to take approximately six to eight weeks, depending on:

• Delivery of final navigation and page outlines
• Access to C-Map+ training recordings and screenshots
• Availability of approved platform video or imagery
• Final copy, statistics, FAQs, and resources
• Consolidated feedback and approval timing

A detailed production schedule will be confirmed once the expanded scope is approved.
