While we won’t be redesigning the site from the ground up, the goal here is to systematically build a consistent design and content system across the site — one that not only aligns everything with the Brand Book, but also makes the site much more scalable and easier to maintain moving forward.
Here’s how I’d approach the project:
Scope of Work
1. Design System Alignment
- Update colors, typography, and UI elements to match the Brand Book
- Standardize buttons, forms, spacing, and layout across all pages
- Bring the franchise page in line with the rest of the site visually
2. SEO Implementation
- Add title tags, meta descriptions, and Open Graph data across all pages
- Implement structured data (schema markup)
- Fix heading hierarchy (H1 issues)
- Add image alt text
- Clean up placeholder content and handle URL redirect fixes
- Apply noindex settings where needed
3. Blog CMS Setup (Webflow)
- Build out Blog CMS collection with all required fields
- Create blog template + listing page with filters and pagination
- Connect SEO fields and schema dynamically
- Add “Latest Posts” section to the homepage
- Ensure API readiness for publishing
4. UI / UX Adjustments
- Navigation updates (remove Home, reposition items, rename CTA)
- Footer updates (add Blog link)
- Menu styling updates + support for monthly specials
- Replace incorrect brand elements (leaf asset)
- Remove unnecessary motion (franchise page)
Timeline
Estimated timeline is 2–3 weeks, including QA and launch.
Investment
For this scope, I’d recommend:
$2,200 flat or two installments of $1,250
This covers full implementation, system cleanup, CMS setup, and QA.
If anything unexpected comes up (e.g., structural issues in Webflow), I’ll flag it early before it impacts scope.

Streamline and improve the user flow for finding locations and ordering online — including clearer CTAs, improved layout hierarchy, and reducing friction between menu → location → order actions.
