Revised Scope of Work

Photography coverage for 4 vacant residential units, including:

• Studio unit
• Murphy bed studio unit
• 1-bedroom unit
• 2-bedroom unit

Photography will focus on primary living spaces, kitchens, bedrooms/sleeping areas, bathrooms, and notable unit features.

Deliverables

Per unit:

• Approximately 5 professionally edited images
• High-resolution and web-optimized exports
• Standard color correction and perspective alignment
• Delivered digitally via downloadable gallery/link

Total estimated delivery: approximately 20 final edited images

Timeline

On-site photography: approximately 1 shoot day
Preferred shoot windows: 9:00 AM and/or 6:00 PM, depending on lighting and access

Final edited delivery: 3–5 business days following the shoot

Project Investment

Total Project Fee: $750

This revised rate reflects the reduced scope from the original 14-unit project to 4 units, with a smaller final image count per unit.
