Scope: 3D floor plan renders for all residential units
Units: 20 total (all unique layouts)

Deliverables

• One 3D floor plan render per unit
• Web-ready, high-resolution images suitable for leasing and marketing
• One revision round per unit included

Timeline (Expedited)

• Turnaround: 10 business days from kickoff
• Delivery: All 20 units delivered together within the 10-day window
• Designed to support hard-hat tours and leasing ahead of February 1

Pricing Options

Option A – Paid in Full (Preferred)

• $175 per unit
• 20 units × $175 = $3,500 total
• Payment due at project start

Option B – Split Payment

• $190 per unit
• 20 units × $190 = $3,800 total
• 50% due at start / 50% due upon delivery

Assumptions

• Final floor plans provided at kickoff
• One consolidated review per unit
• Additional revisions or future unit updates quoted separately if needed
