3. 3-Month SEO Plan

Month 1 – Foundation & Setup

Goal: Build a strong technical and strategic foundation so Harvest College Prep’s website can perform at its best — fast, clean, and structured around your key programs like Freshman Admissions, Transfer Admissions, and Research & Internship Programs.

Since I have full access to the site, I’ll be able to handle most of the setup and implementation directly — so you don’t have to worry about any of the technical steps.

Here’s what I’ll handle:

  • Full SEO Audit: I’ll run a complete scan of the site to find and fix issues that may affect search performance — things like broken links, slow load times, or missing meta tags. I’ll take care of updates right in the backend so everything is optimized for Google’s crawlers.
  • Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis: I’ll research keywords families and students are actively searching for — like “US college transfer consultant,” “Ivy League admissions help,” and “college prep for Korean students.” Then, I’ll compare these against top competitors to find opportunities where Harvest can stand out.
  • Google Analytics & Search Console Setup: I’ll make sure both tools are set up correctly, tracking form submissions, page visits, and keyword performance. I’ll also build a dashboard so you can easily monitor progress (traffic, leads, and rankings) throughout the campaign.
  • On-Page Optimization: I’ll update titles, meta descriptions, and header tags across your main pages — for example:
    “Transfer to Top U.S. Universities | Harvest College Prep.”
    I’ll also fine-tune internal links between key sections (like blogs and program pages) to strengthen overall keyword relevance and user flow.
  • Content Review & Updates: I’ll go through all existing content to make sure each page clearly communicates value and aligns with our keyword goals. Where needed, I’ll refresh copy to highlight student success stories or improve clarity.
  • Google Business Profile Optimization: I’ll review and update your GBP listing — adding optimized descriptions, geotagged photos, and accurate service info. This boosts local and international visibility.
  • Citations & Directories: I’ll check your listings across directories and fix any inconsistencies in your name, address, and phone number (NAP). This helps strengthen credibility and local SEO signals.

By the end of Month 1, you’ll have a fully optimized foundation — the site will be clean, structured for rankings, and backed by complete tracking.

Month 2 – Optimization & Content Strategy

Goal: Strengthen your key program pages, expand content around relevant search terms, and start building visibility for your most valuable keywords.

Here’s what’s coming next:

  • Service Page Optimization: I’ll update pages like Transfer Admissions and Research & Internship Programs with enhanced keyword placement, more engaging copy, and clear calls-to-action (like “Book Your Free Consultation”).
  • Blog & Content Creation: I’ll create 1–2 optimized articles each month that address real student and parent questions — such as:

    These blogs will link back to your main program pages to support rankings and improve topical authority.

  • User Experience Improvements: Using data from Month 1, I’ll identify any pages with high bounce rates or low engagement and make adjustments — improving layout, load times, and call-to-action placement to boost conversions.

You’ll also receive a mid-project report showing keyword improvements, traffic growth, and early results.

Month 3 – Authority Building & Performance Growth

Goal: Strengthen your overall authority online, earn high-quality backlinks, and refine the SEO strategy based on real performance data.

Here’s how I’ll do it:

  • Backlink Outreach: I’ll reach out to relevant education blogs, student resources, and international education directories to build quality backlinks that point to your programs — helping boost domain authority and rankings.
  • Google Business Engagement: I’ll keep posting new updates on your profile (like recent student success stories), manage reviews, and ensure your listing stays active and fresh — this helps maintain credibility in Google’s local and global search results.
  • Performance Review & Refinement: By Month 3, we’ll have enough data to see what’s working best. I’ll review keyword movements, top-performing content, and conversion data — then adjust our targeting and strategy for ongoing growth.
  • Final Report & Strategy Plan: You’ll receive a clear final report showing progress in rankings, traffic, and leads — along with a recommended next-step strategy for continued growth after the initial 3 months.

This plan combines technical optimization, content strategy, and authority building — all directly tied to Harvest College Prep’s main offerings. Because I have full site access, I can make changes quickly, test improvements, and fine-tune performance in real time.

Adjustments & Contingencies

If anything unexpected comes up (like algorithm updates or content delays), I’ll re-prioritize tasks so progress continues without interruption. All deliverables will still be completed within the original scope — no extra costs for schedule shifts.
