This partnership ensures continued creative and strategic support beyond the initial website launch, helping Harvest Academy maintain a polished and professional digital presence.

This retainer is separate from the complimentary SEO setup currently active through November 2025. After that period, the retainer can seamlessly transition to include ongoing SEO management and optimization—should Harvest Academy wish to continue.

Goals

The purpose of this retainer is to:

1. Maintain and enhance Harvest Academy’s digital presence through regular updates and creative asset production.
2. Optimize online visibility by improving and maintaining a complete, effective Google Business Profile.
3. Ensure flexibility and responsiveness through prioritized placement in Krum Marketing’s production queue.
4. Support future growth by laying the groundwork for continued SEO improvement post-November.

Scope of Work

The monthly retainer covers up to 5 hours of professional services, including:

• Design Assistance & Asset Creation
  • Custom graphics for success story announcements, social media, and web content
  • Creation of branded marketing and promotional assets
• Website Updates
  • Large-scale content or design updates to harvestcollegeprep.com
  • Addition or revision of pages, visuals, or layout elements
• Business Profile Setup & Optimization
  • Setup and/or optimization of Google Business Profile
  • Ensuring accurate listings, branding, photos, and keyword alignment
• Priority Placement
  • Requests receive priority placement in Krum Marketing’s queue for faster turnaround.

Cost

$400/month
(includes up to 5 hours of work per month)

Additional hours, if needed, are billed at the standard hourly rate of $100/hour, with prior client approval.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• The retainer renews automatically each month until canceled.
• Cancellation may occur at any time with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
• Unused hours do not roll over month-to-month.

Future Option

At the conclusion of the free SEO setup in November 2025, the retainer can transition into a monthly SEO management plan—continuing to leverage your digital presence for search visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
