1) Navigation & Shop consolidation

Goal: Consolidate Affiliates, Gift Guide, and Merch under a single top-level header titled Shop, and add two Shop sections (Merch + Gift Guide) that link out to the existing pages so the standalone Merch and Gift Guide pages can be removed from the primary nav.

Tasks

  • Review the current nav structure and content for Affiliates, Gift Guide, and Merch.
  • Create a single top-level Shop nav item with a landing page or dropdown (per your preference).
  • Build two new sections on the Shop page (same design style as Affiliate section): Merch and Gift Guide. Those sections will:
    • Mirror the Affiliate Shop layout and link to the existing Merch and Gift Guide pages.
    • Be responsive and accessible.
  • Update navigation: remove Merch and Gift Guide from main nav and add redirects (301s) so old URLs route to appropriate Shop sections or Shop landing page.
  • QA across breakpoints and verify links, SEO metadata, and structured data where relevant.
  • One round of revision based on your feedback.

Deliverables

  • Updated site navigation and Shop page with Merch + Gift Guide sections.
  • Redirect map (list of changed URLs and target pages).
  • QA report.

2) Press & Media page

Goal: Add a Press & Media page that showcases Grow For Me Gardening’s media features with a prominent space reserved for the upcoming Better Homes & Gardens feature.

Recommended layout & features

  • Hero / masthead — short intro and optional featured-image.
  • Featured highlight — prominent tile/strip for Better Homes & Gardens with image and callout (“Upcoming — March”).
  • Media grid / timeline — thumbnail + short excerpt + publication name + date for each feature (click to full article / external link).
  • Playlists / video embeds — for GardenSmart TV episodes and YouTube features (embedded players).
  • Logos / media kit — row of publication logos (Studio McGee, Fine Gardening, Garden Design, etc.) that link to features.
  • Downloadable media kit (optional) — compressed assets & bio for press.
  • Contact for press — simple contact CTA.

Tasks

  • Wireframe + design for page layout; we’ll recommend specific arrangements for the featured slot and grid.
  • Implement page in Webflow (or your CMS), including YouTube embeds, external links, and responsive behavior.
  • Populate initial features list (we’ll use the items listed on the request sheet and any assets you supply).
  • Verify copyright/permissions for any logos or images; advise if permission is required.
  • One round of revision.

Deliverables

  • Press & Media page live on the site.
  • Instructions for adding future features (short doc).
  • Assets checklist.

3) Google Analytics & Webflow integration guidance

Goal: Provide a clear audit and actionable guidance to allow page-level performance tracking and to ensure the site is reporting correctly in Google Analytics (recommend GA4 and Tag Manager use where appropriate).

Tasks

  • Audit existing analytics setup (identify whether UA or GA4 is present, what is missing, and how Webflow is connected).
  • Recommend configuration for GA4 to capture page-level metrics, events (Shop clicks, outbound links to Merch/Gift Guide, press link clicks), and cross-domain tracking if needed.
  • Provide step-by-step instructions to connect Webflow with GA4 or set up Google Tag Manager (GTM) and implement recommended events.
  • If you choose, we can implement the GA4/GTM setup for you (implementation quoted separately).
  • Deliver a short reporting template showing which metrics to watch and how to interpret page-level trends for the Press & Media page and Shop.

Deliverables

  • Audit summary and recommended GA4/GTM configuration.
  • Implementation steps + copy/paste snippets for tags/events (or implementation performed by Krum if requested).
  • Handoff document for ongoing reporting.

Timeline

Estimated delivery window : 2–3 weeks.
Rationale: work will be done in phases — navigation consolidation (first), Press & Media page (next), analytics audit and handoff concurrently. The schedule assumes timely access and standard feedback cycles (one revision per item). If you need an expedited timeline, we can prioritize at an additional cost.

Cost estimate

All pricing below is presented as a fixed-fee estimate and includes one round of client revisions per scope item. Additional revisions or scope changes are billed at $55/hr.

Time & Price

  • Navigation & Shop consolidation — 6 hours
  • Press & Media page — 5 hours
  • Google Analytics & Webflow guidance — 3 hours

Total estimated effort: 13 hours.
Total price: $765.
