My goal would be to help translate the technical information from the team into a clear, visually organized proposal that highlights the project vision, operational strategy, and Wainschaf’s strengths in design-build delivery.
Scope of Work
For this pursuit I would provide:
Proposal Strategy & Structure
- Organize the proposal narrative to align with the RFP evaluation criteria
- Develop the overall document structure and page layout plan
- Identify opportunities to visually communicate key ideas such as site strategy, circulation, and schedule
Graphic & Visual Development
- Custom diagrams for site layout, bus circulation, and passenger flow
- Timeline and process graphics illustrating the design-build delivery approach
- Team and experience graphics to support the qualifications section
- Integration of renderings, aerial imagery, and project photography where applicable
Proposal Design & Production
- Full document layout and formatting (11x17 landscape proposal format)
- Consistent typography, graphic hierarchy, and visual organization
- Preparation of a polished submission-ready proposal PDF
Deliverables
- Fully designed proposal document ready for submission
- Custom graphics and diagrams supporting the narrative
- Organized layout that clearly communicates the project vision and team capabilities
Project Fee
The total fee for this proposal development and design support would be:
