Overview

Your website should do two things well:

  1. Present your business in a professional, credible way
  2. Be simple for your team to update and manage internally

This project focuses on delivering both—by creating a clean, modern site and setting up a simple content system from the start, so your website stays current as you complete more homes.

We’ll also migrate your site off Wix to a more flexible platform and establish a strong foundation for search visibility and lead generation.

Scope (Phase 1)

This phase focuses on simplicity, usability, and a strong foundation.

1. Platform Migration (Wix → Webflow)

  • Rebuild the site in Webflow
  • Improve performance and flexibility
  • Provide a more reliable and scalable platform

  • Home
  • About
  • Services
  • Contact

These pages will clearly communicate:

  • what you do
  • who you work with
  • how to get started

3. Portfolio System (Simple CMS Setup)

A simple, easy-to-use CMS will be included from the start for managing your home projects.

This allows your team to:

  • add new homes as they are completed
  • upload images and basic project details
  • keep the site updated without outside help

The structure will be intentionally simple so it’s easy to maintain.

4. Property Listings / Available Homes

We’ll include a simple listings section for any available or quick-delivery homes.

This will allow you to:

  • display available properties
  • include key details (location, basic specs, status)
  • provide a direct inquiry option

Like the portfolio, this will be easy to update through the CMS.

5. Streamlined Lead Collection

  • Clean, easy-to-use contact / consultation form
  • Capture key details upfront (project type, timeline, etc.)
  • Clear calls to action throughout the site

The goal is to make it simple for the right clients to reach out, while giving you better context before conversations begin.

6. Foundational SEO Setup

  • Basic on-page SEO structure (titles, meta descriptions, page hierarchy)
  • Location-based targeting for your service area
  • Clean URL and site structure for future growth

This ensures your site is set up correctly to be discovered over time, even if SEO is expanded later.

7. Messaging & Positioning

  • Refined, professional copy
  • Clear communication of your services and value
  • Reduced generic language

8. Mobile & Performance Optimization

  • Fully responsive across devices
  • Fast load times
  • Clean, modern user experience
