Smith's Public House
Project Details
Historical and Classic Web Design
Understanding the significance of Smiths Public House's history, we designed a website that embodied its classic charm. We used a serif font to evoke a traditional and timeless feel. Dark green was chosen as the primary color to add a touch of elegance and to reflect the classic tavern ambiance.
Showcasing the Menu
High-quality photos of the food and drinks were prominently featured on the website, allowing visitors to visually experience the offerings. The menu pages were designed with a clean and organized layout, making it easy for users to browse through the various dishes and beverages available.
Reflecting Historical Ambiance
To capture the restaurant's historical essence, we incorporated elements such as vintage-style graphics and images of the restaurant's original architecture. These design choices helped convey the rich history of Smiths Public House, creating an immersive experience for visitors to the site.
Responsive and User-Friendly Website
The website was developed to be fully responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices, from desktops to smartphones. Clear navigation and accessible information about the menu, location, and contact details made it convenient for users to explore the site and plan their visit.
